Working with a vibrant palette of colours, McQueen coats his canvas in Pollock-inspired splatters using expressive and dynamic brush strokes. Adding library stamps, a shopping list, and ring marks, the artist builds a story within his signature vintage book cover, allowing the viewer to make their own unique connection with the artwork.
