Captain America: Hail Hydra #3 | Deluxe Edition | Hand-signed by Stan Lee

The superhero created by Joe Simon and Jack Kirby, debuted in 1940, representing Steve Rogers, a man who was enhanced to human physical perfection by a “super-soldier serum” after joining the Army. Captain America’s story was adapted to movies, series and supporting roles in other media; as well as featured in the Marvel Universe in supporting roles such as in “The Avengers”. Hydra is the fictional organisation that features in multiple Marvel stories. Referring to the mythical many-headed Greek creature, Hydra is a fictional organisation that featured in multiple Marvel stories. Published in 2011, “Captain America: Hail Hydra #3” was written by Jonathan Maberry, pencilled by Phil Winslade and had as a cover artist Adi Granov. Presented in a modern black frame, this piece is a Deluxe edition of four hand-signed by Stan Lee.

The great late Stan Lee, American legendary comic book writer started in 1942 as an editorial assistant for Timely Comics. The Manhattan-born Lee wrote, art-directed and edited most of Marvel’s series, becoming one of the most important figures in the creation of the Marvel Universe.
