Published in 1974, “Tomb of Dracula #18” is a Marvel Superhero unique print of the issue’s cover, hand-signed by John Romita Sr. This issue was marked for the first battle between Dracula and Werewolf by Night. The 7—issue series was first published in 1972 and featured a team of vampire hunters who fought Dracula and other supernatural menaces. An anime television movie was released in 1980, followed by a series of three films centralised Blade, a character introduced in the comics.

American comic book artist, John Romita, is best known for his work on Marvel Comics including The Amazing Spider-Man and for co-creating iconic characters including Wolverine, Mary Jane Watson, and Luke Cage. Having heavily influenced the iconic look of Marvel comics we adore today, Romita was later promoted as Marvel’s art director and later inducted in the Will Eisner Comic Book Hall of Fame in 2002 and the Inkwell Awards Joe Sinnott Hall of Fame in 2020.
