Winning Streak

Initially inspired by the first UK lockdown, artist Nic Joly highlights the intimacy we are lucky to have experienced during these difficult times in the witty piece 'Winning Streak'; personifying his belief that:

"Life is a game and a gamble but, it's worth the risk."

Here, Nic has chosen to incorporate authentic playing cards and dice to offset the individually hand-cut and painted clothes of his iconic figures which sit on a marble and resin Corian base.
