Following the success of his superhero series, Nigel Humphries has untied his cape and dived paintbrush-first into the history of rock and pop icons for his new collection, Mixtape. The collection takes us back to an era of homemade cassettes and, like any good mixtape, it’s eclectic but it’s one you’ll want to repeat over and over again!
Taking inspiration for this piece from Queen, Nigel says: “I have been an avid Queen fan since the 1970s, so I was really excited to complete this piece. This is based on their Houston, Texas gig from their North American tour in 1977 in support of the News of the World album.”
