Layers of vibrant dripped lines and paint splashes capture the engulfing liveliness of Times Square, with its fast-paced movement of taxis, flashing lights and bustling crowds of people.

Paul adds: “Painted on a wide panoramic format, I wanted to recreate that invigorating feeling of being immersed in Times Square, as everything appears to move around you at double speed. I left areas of the smooth aluminium unpainted to contrast against the textured paint marks, further drawing the eye into the scene.”
