Lavender Sunrise

Contemporary landscape artist, Paul Corfield paints charming landscapes, fuelled by his imagination and the Dorset landscape. In “Lavender Sunrise”, the sunrise evokes a sense of stillness and tranquillity with the warming colours as the sun beams arise from the horizon, just allowing us to stop and look at the glorious colours as they unfold from the darkness. A mix of the new and old techniques, the beautifully detailed piece transports us to an idyllic word through the composition of the landscape and the calming hues.
